    Good tips, I def. did not know that the federal law on ecommerce was only temp. I bet alot of people are awaiting the outcome.

    I think that if you read your State Tax Code very carefully you will find that the tax is actually levied against the retailer for the privilege of doing business in your state It is after all a privilege tax and as a citizen of the United States you have an unalienable right to buy, sell ,and possess personal property, without interference by state
