		<description>Thanks for your note Frank. I think life itself is full of delegation, in fact we are natural delegators just to survive. We don't grow our own food, build our own cars, process our own fuel, drill for our own natural gas, we outsource and delegate most things actually.</description>

		<description>Basically I have long held the view that entrepreneurs have to be Jacks of All Trades [thankfully with with an increasing number of Janes on the scene as well]. Being able to delegate effectively was not one of the many skills I had thought about as being a nesessity, but your post is a timely reminder that things are changing. Your suggestions are helpful in that regard.</description>
