		<description>If I receive poor service somewhere, I don't return.  That's that.  I just don't go back.  That's why it's so important to make sure your service is top notch.  Nothing will improve or increase your business more than excellent word of mouth.  The impact of negative word of mouth from negative experiences just goes to show you how valuable positive experiences can be.</description>
