Learn Through Experiences In Failure

If you’re afraid of failure, don’t be.  There is a lot to be learned from failing.  Taylor Davidson, author of the post “How To Fail: 25 Secrets Learned Through Failure“, has provided a list of observations and personal experiences that have taught him about failure.

One lesson that stuck out to me was #19, Hire Resumes.  Taylor makes a good point that resumes are geared towards only pointing out the applicant’s positive attributes and can be easily manipulated.  It’s important to look beyond the resume and try to see the real person underneath.  Afterall, you’ll be working along side the person and not the resume.

This list is worth a read because it offers the mistakes that businesses make along with solutions to these failures.  You may even be surprised to learn that you are guilty of making some of these mistakes yourself.

Failures are a part of life. Lessons if you will. We’re all required to learns these valuable lessons at some point or another - and in many different forms.

You’d be surprised how many successes in life are actually brought about through failure . . .

Yes Chris. Sometimes, we have to be fail just to learn and it is inevitable I think. But we still have the option to learn before failing, we will just thrive for that.

I find it interesting that someone is now publishing the negatives as a way to find the positives. As you and your comments say it is essential learning from our mistakes.
