That way I can relax and all I have to do is quickly check emails and visist my sites to make sure everythings running smoothly. It's almost impossible to not do at least that while you are away. You're right Amanda, there's nothing wrong if you set an hour to check on what's happening back home or in your office. What's important is you have a trusted staff to take over you on those days you're not around. Train and prepare them very well for the challenge then you can enjoy the rest of your vacation. In fact, the reason I can take vacation is because of daily business monitoring, so I won't stop while traveling. What I find to be wonderful is that the work I do while on vacation seems to be streamlined better when I'm away versus in the office. I do all of the work in one quarter of the time. Sounds as though I'm missing out on crafting a plan for more vacations. I absolutely plan to check my business while on vacation.
