Martin, Yahoo Search Marketing is similar to Google AdWords. You pay to have your business ads show up when keywords, that you’ve selected, are searched for by potential customers. So that means that if you win this giveaway, you will get a $20,000 credit towards these ads. Basically, $20,000 worth of free advertising. Hope this helps with any confusion. :)

    Amanda,

Thanks for the explanation. That’s a great ad budget! I got a coupon for SEK 600 from Google (Sweden) sometime ago. I have registered an Adwords account and created an ad.

Wow! $20k would go a long way in terms of pay per click advertising…
In the end, credible link building is still the best way to go, though.
