I happened upon this Dilbert cartoon about Twitter and I thought it was quite funny.  In it Dilbert and a co-worker trick the pointy-hair boss into thinking they are interested in his every move and encourage him to write every detail of what he is doing.  Of course, they use his Twitter updates to figure out when they are in the clear to goof off.
