This is especially important for online retailers, according to a survey mentioned in a National Retail Federation press release. 41.9% of consumers will shop online this year due to 24 hour shopping convenience. However, convenience is not the only factor driving consumers to online shopping. They want to find deals, save money and stretch their budgets as far as possible.
Attracting customers to your online stores should be your main focus through the next two months. This same survey also revealed that 47.1% of these surveyed retailers will utilize social media sites more during this holiday sales season. And consumers will start shopping earlier this year. So, don’t drag your feet any further.
