Whether you like it or not Facebook will be upgrading everyone’s page with the new timeline design on March 30, 2012. You may have already noticed that you can switch to the new design now or just wait until then. One big aspect of the new timeline design is the large photo at the top of your Facebook page called your “cover photo”.
The Facebook cover photo is your chance to showcase a little more about you or your brand. If it’s your personal Facebook page, add a photo of yourself doing something fun.
