I like "anything else" too. You could then clarify and confirm things regarding the main "ingredients" (quality, price and delivery time) and get answers to any additional questions that could come up in the future. Both the purchaser and the seller have "done things," so the phrase "What else can I do" could sound a bit misplaced in the conversation.
